Field Map
Our flying field is
located at ( N41/30/20, W87/11/27 ), about a half mile south of Wheeler,
Ind.(Ind.Hwy.130 and 625 W.).
The landing area is oriented north/south. Corn, hay and soy bean farm
land surround the field. We have a 10x28 sheltered impound
structure.
Driving Directions to the field.
From Rt. 30 just east of Deep River Water Park (about 1 mile) turn north on 725W (across from the strawberry farm) and proceed north to 450N (Hoosiers Nest House) and turn east. Continue East about 1/2 mile and turn north onto 650W. The Field should be visible within 1/4 mile on the east side of the road.
From 130 turn south onto 625W and follow which turns into Jones Road and then into 675W. Follow the curve around and take the split to the south until the road becomes 650W and the field is on the east side of the road.
